To the fullest extent permitted by law, Traq Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of our website or services.

Our total liability for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Traq Solutions LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our website or violation of these terms.

Termination
